About The Founder
Oloruntobi Ojo is an HR Consultant located in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Partner at MarbleClear Limited, a full-service Human Resources Consulting firm.
She helps organizations find and retain the right people, establish sustainable processes and structures to drive their business goals and objectives. She also helps individuals find their niche Career Path and grow in it, helping them avoid trial and error as well as a waste of resources and time.
Given the African passion for marriage, how it affects single ladies and her desire to see that yet-to-marry ladies live a purposeful and fulfilled life on their journey to marriage and within, she founded a non-profit organization, Thriving While Waiting Women Foundation. ThrivingWW is committed to building intentional and mentally healthy women with overall built capacity and stability in financially viable paths.
Oloruntobi is an ardent believer in possibilities. She is passionate about process improvement, capacity and people development, business succession and purpose discovery.
